Life of the Ladbug: Rough Render

Rough mockup for a poster I created about the life cycle of ladybugs.

I used Pixologic ZBrush to model and render the foreground elements, and Photoshop to create the background and add text.

This particular illustration shows the use of very rough models to help work out placement and lighting.
